Patio is a fine dining restaurant nestled within The Margi Hotel’s intimate courtyard. Our award-winning restaurant holds one Michelin star as well as one Michelin green star for sustainability.

Set in a warm setting amidst the hotel’s wine cellar, it offers a choice of degustation menus of dishes inspired by the Mediterranean cuisine. Grounded in tradition but inspired by innovative ideas, each dish brings you on a culinary journey of flavors. At Patio, we strongly believe in sustainable living. Using organic ingredients from its very own farm, our Chef Panagiotis Giakalis creates masterpieces forging a strong connection between the land, the sea and his dishes.

Our Farm

The Margi Farm was a dream that grew to fruition in 2018. Set in a 10 acre field only 30 minutes away from the restaurant the farm uses only natural farming techicles that our greek ancesors used to use. The area combines special environmental conditions that allow for the cultivation of almost all kinds of Greek nature’s fruits and vegetables as well as eggs, cheese and milk from our chickens and lambs.
Our wine cellar boasts some of our favorite wines from the world’s major grape growing regions as well as many local varieties. Our knowledgeable sommelier has created four distinct wine pairing menus to accompany you on your culinary journey.
